Some folks who want their party private, then this is the package for you! It includes everything below, but your party will be the only party in the barn.

How to book a Party

Contact us to check upcoming available dates. A liability form will need to be signed the day of party, and a deposit of half of the total party balance is due to reserve a time slot! The deposit is half of the total party balance. Deposits are non refundable. If needed for weather or other condition guests can reschedule! deposits are in place as credit if you do not know when you can reschedule.

MOOre Party Information

EACH PARTY AREA HAS THREE PICNIC TABLES IN THE PARTY VENUE. We can hosts two parties at once . We are similar to other party places as in you have your own area/ tables, but guests play in the barn yard together

PRIVATE PARTIES HAVE ALL SIX PICNIC TABLES IN VENUE

** simple served Outside food/drink allowed**

(pizza, party platters, finger foods. no appliances allowed such as crock pots)

***NO ALCOHOL OR SMOKING ON PREMISES***

***any animal that is not ours is not allowed***

The agreed amount will include:

Two hours of Party time, and full access to your designated party tables

You may come 15 MINUTES early to decorate.

You must clean up 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR PARTY TIME SLOT IS OVER.

Air conditioned / heated party barn.

Twelve children including the birthday child. Additional children will cost $12 per child. We STRICTLY enforce this rule. (There IS NO limit on adults. we don't count babies under the age of one or teens).

Picnic tables are provided in the party barn for reception seating. They are six foot long picnic tables with benches. we do not provide any additional tables. You may bring in folding tables for cake etc.

Our facility can book up to two parties in one time slot. If needed, look into our private party package.

Party Time Ponies isn’t responsible for:

Personal injuries, sickness, death, damage, allergies, and expense as a result of participation of individuals during party.
Unsupervised children. Children need to be supervised by parents or guardians at all times. We are not responsible for unsupervised children.
Cake and/or decorations (please no confetti/glitter)
Tableware
Weather. If Weather is not permitting, you have the option to reschedule party for a later time.
Birthday party set up is responsibility of parents

Rules and regulations regarding animals:

Children are not allowed to ride horses
NO touching the parrot unless a emplyee is helping you.
We strongly encourage no open toed shoes.
ABSOLUTELY no walking, running, or playing behind ponies. PLEASE stress this to your party guest.
NO CHASING THE ANIMALS! This can be stressful to our animals.
No hitting, or kicking the ponies. Child will be asked to leave the party immediately.
No riding the mini horses.
NO ABUSE WILL BE ALLOWED TO ANY OF THE ANIMALS!!

How do you book a party?

Contact us to check upcoming available dates. A liability form will need to be signed, and a deposit of half of the total party balance is due at signing.

We also have the option to book through venmo & the liability form can be signed the day of the party!

We are a first come first serve basis so we cant guarantee party slots will be available two weeks in advance. (cash/ check/venmo/credit card with credit card fee).

The remainder balance is due on party day!
